16 August, 10 A new fuel card has been unveiled by The Fuelcard People, offering extensive savings for care groups at some of the UK's leading petrol and diesel retailers, including Esso, BP and Morrisons. Care services organisations are now able to choose from a wide selection of fuel cards and there are a wide selection of benefits on offer, including typical price cuts of 3p or 4p per litre and two weeks of free credit. In addition, care providers at hospitals, retirement homes, special educational needs schools and others will deal with their own dedicated account manager, have access to their account details on demand and cut paperwork by receiving a single weekly invoice. With recent research from RMI Petrol predicting that fuel prices could once again exceed 120p a litre by the August bank holiday weekend, now could be the ideal time to acquire a care services fuel card and dodge the impact of rising petrol and diesel bills.
