26 January, 12 BMW has picked up an impressive six titles at this year's BusinessCar awards, winning the coveted Manufacturer of the Year title for the fourth year in a row. Fleet managers across the UK may be interested to learn that the company also bagged the Business Car of the Year award for its new BMW 1 Series, while the BMW 7 Series won in the Luxury Car of the Year category. Its other awards were the Large 4x4 of the Year, Upper Medium Car of the Year and the Green Car of the Year titles for its X5, 3 Series Saloon and 320d EfficientDynamics Saloon models respectively. Paul Barker, Editor of BusinessCar commented: "BMW's impressive and class-leading combination of desirability, efficiency and driving pleasure has again shown itself with this haul of awards, decided by the readers of BusinessCar."
