03 February, 12 Seat has announced a new after sales campaign which it hopes will help make it the top fleet vehicle provider in the UK. The firm's new Fleet Customer Commitment is based around a 12-point plan of addressing the needs of its fleet customers. In addition, Renault is introducing a new pricing plan for its fleet customers. Steve Robertson, head of fleet and business sales at Seat UK, said: "Making sure we treat our fleet customers as individuals and tailoring our service and support to meet their specific needs is vital if we are to build on our successful fleet performance thus far." He added that the new campaign will hopefully highlight the company's philosophy of being simple and easy to do business with. Meanwhile, rival manufacturer Renault recently announced its new fleet options for 2012, including its ZE models, Twizy and Fluence ZE ranges and the launch of the new Renault Dacia.
