06 February, 12 Renault Truck Commercials (RTC) has announced a £300,000 investment in 22 Renault Master and Kangoo vans in order to improve care options for its customers. The initiative aims to provide a greater amount of courtesy vehicles to individuals who use the firm's 11 dealerships across the UK. In addition, the firm has invested in a number of spare parts to ensure its fleet will continue to run even after breakdowns and servicing. Christophe Blazere, managing director of RTC, commented: "This marks a major commitment in our drive to deliver service excellence through customer-led after sales support." The news follows the announcement of the new Fleet Customer Commitment from Seat, which the company hopes will help make it the number one choice for fleet services in the UK. It is based around a 12-point plan of addressing the needs of its fleet customers and aims to improve service and repair standards.
