Samantha already had more than five years of customer service and sales experience when, in 2010, she became part of The Fuelcard People family. She is known for her cheerful optimism, complementing a determination to ensure that customers' needs are met in full.
She works as part of a team with Tammy Brooks, helping those customers using the Diesel Direct (Keyfuels) fuel card. With the introduction of the UK Fuels cards, Samantha will also serve their users.
In addition to Diesel Direct and UK Fuels, Samantha also has an excellent understanding of the many other cards offered by The Fuelcard People and will always ensure that a customer has the fuel card that best meets their specific needs including Total, Texaco, Shell and Esso and Total
