We would like to say thank you to all of the kind customers from across the country who have been sending congratulations to us as we celebrate our third birthday. Word seems to have got out – good wishes have been received from as far afield as Aberdeen and Plymouth!
We have heard from fleet managers, hauliers, coach operators, taxi firms, couriers, builders, contractors of every type, skip operators, distribution companies and more. It really means a lot to us, and tells us that we must be doing something right!

If a customer really matters to a fuel card provider, that customer should never have to queue for an anonymous call centre operator. They should always deal with the same person, who knows their business, and ask for them by name.”
Our approach is clearly paying off: our customers range from a sole proprietor running a single van, to a nationwide retail chain with several hundred branches. We continue to grow, recruiting addtional staff to meet the demand for fuel cards offering service, savings and security.
We are proud of our commitment to customer service, and in our first year, we became the first fuel card supplier to achieve ISO 9002 quality certification, following independent assessment of its quality management system. We continue to urge the UK’s other fuel card suppliers to follow our lead in meeting internationally recognised standards.
