Land Rover is marking six years of the Range Rover Evoque with a new Landmark edition.

The Evoque luxury compact SUV is Range Rover’s most heavily decorated model, collecting more than 200 awards including ‘Car of the Year’ and ‘Best Compact SUV’.

It is Jaguar Land Rover’s most popular model too, with more than 600,000 Evoques built in the UK since 2011 at a rate of one every 170 seconds.

So you can understand why Land Rover wants shout from the rooftops about the Evoque’s phenomenal success.

Based on the 180H TD4 diesel model, the Evoque Landmark comes with gloss dark grey 19-inch alloy wheels, a ‘Carpathian grey’ contrast roof, dynamic bodystyling, keyless entry, a powered tailgate, fixed panoramic roof, graphite atlas grille, fog lamp bezels and bonnet louvres.

The Evoque Landmark comes in three exterior colours: Yulong white, Corris grey and the vibrant ‘moraine blue’, which was apparently inspired by the turquoise lakes of the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

Prices start from £39,000 for the manual, rising to £40,840 for the automatic.

Buyers can choose to pay extra to include a ten-inch InControl Touch Pro system, which features apps such as Spotify and a 4G Wi-Fi hotspot. The optional Remote Premium app for a smartphone or smartwatch also lets owners check the fuel level, lock status and location, and even set the temperature of the cabin.

Additionally, the Touch Pro Services package offers real-time traffic mapping, satellite and street level views and an apps sidebar with weather, news headlines and a flight tracker.

Jeremy Hicks, managing director of Jaguar Land Rover UK, said: “The Landmark edition has new dynamic detailing and a distinctive aesthetic which takes its design credentials to an even higher level. It looks fantastic and we know customers will love it.”

Ben Robb, brand manager at The Fuelcard People, adds: “The Evoque is Jaguar Land Rover’s biggest selling model and this Landmark edition is a worthy testament to its success.”
