The aim of the Company is to provide total customer and client satisfaction and to ensure that all internal arrangements and practices are suitable for this purpose.
To achieve this result the Company has adopted a policy of operating a co-ordinated quality management system, which conforms to the requirements of British Standard ISO9000. This standard is interpreted by BSi specification for the application of ISO9001:2008.
Commitment is continually being made toward this aim and our entire workforce, management and staff alike is constantly aware that customer satisfaction, both internally and externally, is of paramount importance. The Company, through regular quality system management review meetings, establishes and reviews quality objectives to assist in maintaining its commitment to the standard.
Management has the responsibility to ensure that all personnel engaged in tasks, which can influence quality, are aware of their obligations under the Standard and are provided with adequate resources.
Our quality manual defines the quality management system’s organisation and systems that provide a planned and disciplined approach to all activities influencing product and service quality. Through the procedures the Company can ensure that the management system is being used to continually improve the product and service offered to the customer.
The operational procedures specify the detailed arrangements in all relevant areas and are available for reference on site by the visiting quality assurance representatives.
Maximum effort is directed towards providing satisfactory product and services at the first attempt, whilst ensuring that any problems that do arise are solved in a timely and professional manner. In doing so we review our ability to meet customer, known statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the product or service required.
The Company ensures that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels and through the quality system management review ensures its continuing suitability. The setting of management objectives enables us to continually improve the effectiveness of our business operation.
