Christmas is a time to party and have fun with family and friends, and inevitably for many it is a time to have a few drinks and be merry. Just remember to arrange a taxi or have a designated driver. Statistics show that one in five people will drink drive this Christmas – a shocking statistic when you look at how alcohol affects driving ability.
Don’t run the risk of drink driving – and remember that it takes your body an hour per unit to get rid of the alcohol from your blood, so leave plenty of time in the morning to recover and sober up.
Enjoy yourself but be safe!
