Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has announced a major reorganisation of the upper echelons of its management team, with four changes set to come into effect from October 1st.
Phil Popham is set to become the company's new group marketing director, while Andy Goss is to take on the role of group sales operations director.
Adrian Hallmark has been appointed group strategy director and John Edwards will take on a new position with JLR's senior management team, with further details of the appointment to be announced in the near future.
Dr Ralf Speth, JLR chief executive officer, said: "It is the next phase in our development, mirroring the recent changes we made to product creation and delivery, and bringing together the strategy and processes supporting the brands."
He added the move represents a "natural evolution" of the management team, as the company looks to continue to place a sharp focus on improving customer service and overall performance.
