Renault has just unveiled its latest large van the New Master at the 2014 Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham, confirming that it will be available in dealerships by the end of the summer.

With a choice of 2.3 dCi engines and a range of exciting new technologies, the vehicle boasts improved fuel consumption and a redesigned grille that brings its styling in line with the rest of Renault's LCV range.

New features being offered as standard to buyers include the latest generation ESC with Load Adaptive Control, Hill Start Assist and Grip Xtend to make driving in adverse weather conditions safer.

Others include a tyre pressure monitoring system offered with the combi six and nine-seater versions, trailer swing assist in association with the towing option and a wide view mirror to boost safety by providing a view of blind spots.

The New Master range will be available in a choice of four lengths and three heights, and will come in a host of variants, including panel van, crew cab, platform cab and tippers dropside.

Renault stated the vehicles are ideally suited to courier companies and business fleet operators whose drivers cover long distances on a regular basis.
