British Car Auctions (BCA) has been honoured in this year's HAT Awards by website honestjohn – an organisation dedicated to championing fairness for consumers in the automotive sector.
The Highly Approved Trader (HAT) Awards are recognition of the company's ongoing commitment to providing a reliable, high-quality service that both informs and helps to protect car buyers across the UK.
BCA spokesman Tim Naylor commented: "The HAT Awards are a great way to recognise best practice across the motor trade and knowing they come from one of the leading consumer champions is high praise indeed."
He added that one of the best things about the award is that it is based on consumer feedback, meaning it is the public themselves that have helped show their satisfaction in the service they have received from BCA.
Earlier this month, BCA published research highlighting the major concerns of UK motorists at present, with the ongoing high price of fuel cited as the top issue for vehicle owners across the country.
