Vehicle manufacturer Peugeot has published excellent results for 2013, highlighting a 30 per cent increase in registrations for its highest-specification models.
Overall, the company reported a 6,000-vehicle increase in car sales to 105,435 models in comparison to 2012, with the firm's 2008 Crossover delivering sales that were 35 per cent above expectations.
Meanwhile, the Supermini segment saw registrations of 45,000 for the year – 10,000 more than in the previous 12 months – and the company's 2008 and 208 offerings delivered a 28 per cent increase in the brand's B-segment dealings.
Furthermore, retail deliveries grew for the year by 15.8 per cent – outperforming the industry as a whole, which saw annual growth of 15.6 per cent.
