The latest Audi A8 will offer more class and efficiency than any of its predecessors.
Set to be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show – which runs from September 12th to 22nd – the flagship model will come with a raft of technological advances designed to offer a better driving experience.
It is built with almost exclusively aluminium – meaning it is lightweight – and uses predictive route data from the navigation system to distribute light depending on the situation on the road.
The A8 will not be available to customers in the UK until January 2014 and the manufacturer will be hoping it can help the car company build on its sales figures.
In 2012, there were 1,455,100 vehicles sold worldwide – of which 123,622 were delivered to the UK – and this represented an 11.7 per cent improvement on the 2011 figure.
