Nissan has announced an increase in its fleet sales for the year to date.
The company reported sales of 6,483 light commercial vehicles (LCVs) by the end of August 2012, representing a 4.4 per cent market share in Europe.
It made the announcement at its latest LCV seminar, with guests also being offered insights into the future of the company, including updated vehicle specifications and the growing demand from UK fleet operators for its cars.
"Nissan is a long-term player in the UK LCV market and we want to build a strong infrastructure around network, sales and service, as well as further improve residual values," commented Matt Dale, Nissan national LCV sales manager.
Last week, the vehicle manufacturer announced it is set to showcase a number of new designs at the upcoming Paris Motor Show, such as its Qashqai 360, Juke for 2012 and 370Z coupe and roadsters models.
