Audi is set to unveil its new RS Q3 model at the Geneva International Motor Show next month.
Orders in the UK are to begin from this summer, but potential buyers will be able to catch a first glimpse of the new vehicle at the event that will be running from March 7th to 17th.
It is the first ever Audi to have been designed and manufactured by the firm's subsidiary Quattro and is to be the flagship model for the new marque.
"The RS Q3 transfers the performance philosophy of Audi to the compact SUV segment, thereby creating a new performance class," commented Franciscus van Meel, managing director of Quattro.
Meanwhile, Skoda also announced earlier this week that it too will be revealing a new model in Geneva – its 2013 Octavia estate.
Updated for the show, the new Octavia aims to deliver increased occupant comfort, as well as class-leading safety.
